In 2013, Chris founded Berkner Group to provide climate tech startup founders with reliable search services to take their teams to the next level. As a former cleantech startup CEO and Managing Director of a cleantech VC fund, he experienced firsthand the challenges of building teams that effectively contributed to company growth. Chris works closely with clients by providing upfront guidance on search strategy to ensure alignment with company priorities. He also advises clients on fundraising and overall business strategy.
